Our Current Rates

Lake Front:  in large quiet cove, safe for swimming, fishing, or just relaxing on the dock! Main Floor:  living room with walk out to large deck, dining room, kitchen, full bath, laundry room. Upper Level: master bedroom with interior balcony overlooking living room and view of lake, full bath with large jacuzzi bath.

Lower Level: family room with 2 futons which convert to twin beds, full bath, Queen bedroom with walk out to deck, 2 twin bed bedroom with walk out to deck.

The following are provided for your convenience:
Bed linens, starter supply of coffee filters, dish liquid, dishwasher detergent, bath soap.

Items To Bring to the Lake House:
Bath towels, kitchen towels, boating towels, large black garbage bags, laundry detergent, paper towels, more bath soap.

Decks:
Both overlook the lake, large one off the living room with gas grill, one off of lower level bedrooms.

Amenities:
Satellite T.V., DVD player, stereo, CD player, fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, Jacuzzi in master bedroom, gas fire place, boat dock, (must launch boats @ nearby Deerfield Marina.)

Within Deerfield Resort:
championship 18 hole golf, tennis, swimming pool, play ground, boating and fishing.

Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, DollyWood.

Marinas: The Huller House is only minutes away (by water) from Shanghai and Sugar Hollow Marinas. These marinas offer marine gas, staple food items, beer, restaurant, rental of ski boats, pontoon boats, jet skis, skis and water tubes.
