Located in the beautiful surroundings of Deerfield Resort, our lake front home provides picturesque views of the prestine waters of Norris Lake. In the evenings, as you relax from your day on the lake, you'll be treated to glorious sunsets over the water. This lake front home resides in a large, safe and quiet cove, where kids and grown ups alike can go for a swim, throw out a line, or just hang out on the docks. We're sure you and your guests will find our 2,000 square feet of living space to be quite accomodating. We've recently upgraded the interior with the best of contemporary furniture. Our three bedrooms and sleeper sofas will allow 10 to sleep confortably. There are several marinas nearby that supply groceries, a prepared meal or fuel for the boat. You'll find Shanghai and Suger Hollow marinas are the closest. The Springs Dock marina and Tiki Hut bar are also near by. The Huller House is close to so many of the attractions that make Tennessee a perfect vacation destination. We have Gatlinburg, Dollywood and Pigeon Forge all near by. If you're in town to visit the University of Tennessee, we are conveniently located just north of the city. We prefer to rent our lake front home weekly, from Friday to Friday. Occasionally, however, we will accomodate split weeks. Our rates are as follows: Weekly Rental - $1,800 Nightly Rental - $300 Cleaning Fee - $85 Security Deposit - $300. Tennessee sales tax - 9 1/4% Campbell County Hotel tax = 5%. |
