     Three night minimum stay
     $300 per night, $1,800 per week.

     Rentals involving July 4 are $350 per night.

Off Season: After Labor Day to Memorial Day weekend.

Check in is no earlier than 3:00 PM. Check out is no later than 10:00 AM.

Payment in full 90 days prior to arrival date.


Tennessee sales tax of 9 1/4% added to all rental fees
Campbell County Hotel tax of 5% added to all rental fees
All amounts payable by personal check or cashier's check only.
